As the first wave of the coronavirus recedes, the work of recovery is beginning…this ‘in-between’ stage offers a unique opportunity to think about what we reinstate, what new things we take forward with us, what needs to end, and what may need to change further to deal with longer term challenges.
Our first report was published in June 2019 and was designed to be accessible to audiences that reflect our wonderfully diverse system and the networks and groups within. It was an opportunity to recognise why and where Project Lift has come from, the extensive evidence base that underlies the ethos and to share a clearer, then live view of what we were doing, how we were doing this, who with and to what aspirations.
A series of 10 minute movement and breath sessions designed to address physical and mental health, accompanied by specially created music. These can be delivered with small groups socially distancing following on YouTube and is also ideal for individuals to use at home via smartphone, laptop or other device.
