I have been in post since June 2020 previously working as Associate Director of Nursing for Acute Services and Head of Midwifery. I have a passion for enabling colleague at all levels and roles to realise and achieve their potential. Over the last 2 years understanding each other’s motivation, pressures and demands and the need to work across the HSCP with honesty and integrity has never been more important.
