I love working with Project Lift because at the core of our partnership is creating the spaces in health and care to have the conversations that we need, but so often ignore. The way Project Lift is not just about championing purpose, connection, kindness and inclusivity, but about making this the everyday in health and care, is so important. At Kaleidoscope, we’re interested in how we can create a different type of conversation, and it’s a privilege to be able to do this across Scotland.
At Kaleidoscope, I support our ‘Rigorous Collaboration’ programmes, working with a range of organisations to design, develop, manage and evaluate effective collaborations and networks across health and care. I’m particularly passionate about cross-sector collaboration to improve our health and wellbeing, which is why I find Project Lift’s approach to leadership so energising. Our community engagement work is bringing together diverse perspectives, at all levels, and beyond the traditional ‘health and social care’ bubble – and this is really exciting!
