Community Events Programme Lead - Kaleidoscope Health and Care
I support the Project Lift team to design and deliver the community events series.

I enjoy working with Project Lift because they believe in doing things differently. Being brave enough to break the mould and be human doesn’t just shine through the work they do but through the team itself. It’s wonderful, as delivery partners, to be asked what we think and for our answer to be met with smiles and energy, to be met with “let’s find a way to do this!” rather than “it can’t be done.”

Outside of our work with Project Lift, I enjoy working with a mixture of inspiring clients – whether running a citizens’ assembly on health and care, to workshops tackling youth violence, to events sharing learning on how to tackle loneliness and social isolation, it all keeps me on my toes!

In my spare time I host a podcast called Switch, which opens up the conversation on sustainability to inform and empower people. I am also a yoga teacher, where my ethos is about having a functional and inclusive approach to yoga so that everyone can enjoy its positive effects on health and wellbeing.
