I always wanted to become an HR Director from the start of my career. Maybe not everyone’s dream job but for me the potential to shape the strategic direction for our workforce always excited me. Throughout my career I have worked with a range of leaders. Some of these leaders have had a really positive influence on me and some not so much. I was really excited to work with Project Lift and the positive and much needed influence it can have on leadership throughout Scotland. I am a strong believer in the ethos of project lift and also helping leaders with direction, sharing learning and unleashing potential.
