We are the talent management partners for Project Lift .

What is your relationship with Health and Care ?

We are a firm of Occupational Psychologists and industry experts who specialise in talent management, executive development and culture change.  Through working across industry sectors and utilising our connections in research and the world of elite sport we get to apply much of the latest thinking. We work with a range of health and care organisations across the UK in a number of ways.

What is your relationship with Project Lift?

We enjoy collaborating and co-creating with the wider Project Lift team and regularly engage in the revisions and evolution of the talent management approach, processes and thought-leadership.  We designed the SAQ  and the career conversations, upskilling the Principal Leads and supporting the ongoing development for them and the expansion of the offer.

We would ask that the community engage with the SAQ and career conversations and offer insights and feedback that allow us, as part of the Project Lift collaborative team, to improve and develop aspects of the talent management approach.
