Leading Change – in the context of COVID-19 and beyond
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
This is the first of five topic-led digital conversations we are hosting over the coming months with our Community Partners, Kaleidoscope.
We have heard many different experiences, perspectives and stories about leading change during COVID19 and what it’s been like for people. We’ve also heard just how important leadership is right now as is taking the opportunities ahead to keep the best of the changes made during COVID19. This will take a real effort and focus over the coming months.
It will be great to share stories and insights, point each other to practical resources, offer support and encourage lasting connections. It is a chance for us to collectively examine and make sense of both important new insights generated over the last few months and long-standing challenges from before the pandemic.
We will welcome:
- Carol Potter, Interim Chief Executive from NHS Fife
- Eddie Fraser, Director of Health and Social Care at East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership
- Meg Wright, Interim Manager, Forth Valley Rape Crisis
Together they will help to set up the conversations we have by sharing their stories of what it’s been like for them and their learning about themselves as leaders.
